What unit sizes do you offer?

Our storage sizes range from approximately 5'x5' to 10’x30', allowing you to store a wide variety of storage items. We also offer extra-large or contractor units at certain locations. Check out our size guide to find the right size for you.

What if I just need the storage unit for a month?

We offer month-by-month storage rental agreements, which means you will never be stuck in a long contract. Rent for a month, a few months, or find your long-term storage solution. Rent online at one of our IncaAztec offices near you!

What size unit do I need?

Our team of storage experts is happy to help you find the right size for your storage needs. You can also use our storage calculator to give you an idea of the size you need and how to organize your unit.

Do you require rental insurance?

Yes, we require rental insurance when renting a storage unit. You can provide proof of your own insurance plan, or you can purchase a bundled StorSmart Bader plan. We offer a few different options, so you are able to choose ones that work best for your situation. Ask one of our storage experts which plan would be best for you.

What types of units do you offer?

Many IncaAztec Self locations offer both temperature-controlled and drive-up accessible storage units to suit a variety of storage needs. Drive-up accessible units make loading and unloading quick and convenient, allowing you to move items directly between your vehicle and your unit. Temperature-controlled units provide an added layer of protection by helping maintain a stable environment, which can be especially beneficial for items that may be sensitive to extreme heat or cold. With these options, you can choose the type of storage that best fits the items you plan to store and the level of convenience you prefer.

Can I pay online?

Yes, you can make a payment online, over the phone, or in person at our store. To pay online, simply click the “Pay Online” tab at the top of the website, select your facility, and log in to your account. If you need help setting up your payment portal, our team of storage experts will be happy to assist you.

What items am I not allowed to store?

Yes, certain items cannot be stored in our facilities to ensure the safety of the storage facility and everyone who uses it. Prohibited items include stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous materials, combustible items, and liquids. We also ask that you do not store perishable items or pet food, as these can attract pests and cause damage within the facility.

Are locks required?

You can bring your own personal lock, or you can purchase one in our storage facility office. We offer a wide variety of supplies, including boxes, bubble wrap, locks, box cutters, and anything else you need in one visit.
