Don’t use this facility if you have to deal with Misty

I’m not sure what happened to the wonderful gal Char that used manage this facility, but do not use this facility if you have to deal with Misty. She is unprofessional, uncooperative , nasty and all around does not care about helping the customer, if you looking for customer service this is not the facility to go to. She told me I was lucky to be using their facility as their policies have changed. I’ve been here for 15 years and never had such a horrible experience, I picked this facility for what they could provide and now they will no longer provide it. Misty mage sure to inform me she didn’t want my business and was lucky I was there.
